Le 31 janvier dernier, nos élèves de 1re et 2e secondaire du parcours BRILLER+ musique ont eu la chance de vivre une journée spéciale tout en mélodie et harmonie. Ils ont eu la l’occasion d’assister au concert jeunesse de l’Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal (OSM) « Les Mathématiques de la musique » en direct de la Maison symphonique de la Place des Arts.
Par la suite, nos élèves ont eu une rencontre privilégiée avec M. Jean-Willy Kunz, organiste en résidence à l’OSM. Il a pu leur faire découvrir son magnifique et impressionnant instrument et a gentiment répondu à toutes les questions de nos élèves sur l’orgue et la vie de musicien.
Pour conclure cette journée, nos jeunes musiciens ont pris part à un rallye sur l’histoire de l’OSM et à un atelier de réalité virtuelle dans laquelle ils ont occupé la place significative chef d’orchestre pour un moment. Une journée plus qu’inspirante pour nos musiciens en herbe!
